Mangools review

This review is based on Mangools’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building and off-page features, not the full suite.

LinkMiner

LinkMiner is the backlink checker in the Mangools suite. You enter a domain or URL and get its backlinks, with filters for all links, new links and lost links. An option shows one link per referring domain, which makes a long list easier to read. A preview pane opens the linking page with the anchor text highlighted, so you can see the placement without leaving the tool.

Mangools does not crawl the web for links itself. Its LinkMiner page states that the database includes both Majestic’s fresh and historic index, and gives the size as 9.5 trillion backlinks and 2.5 trillion unique URLs crawled since July 2013. Those figures are the vendor’s.

Each link carries Majestic’s Citation Flow and Trust Flow, plus Link Strength, a Mangools score built from several signals. These are not the DR or DA figures that marketplaces and link sellers quote. If you are checking a seller’s claim, you will need a second source. Prospecting and monitoring

For prospecting, the usual method applies: open a competitor’s profile, filter for strong links and save the ones you could also earn. LinkMiner has favourites lists for that purpose. See our guide to link gap analysis.

For monitoring, the lost links filter shows links that have dropped out of the index. The LinkMiner page describes no alerts and no tracker for a list of your own placements. The rest of the suite

A Mangools subscription covers all the tools: KWFinder for keyword research, SERPChecker for results analysis, SERPWatcher for rank tracking, SiteProfiler for site metrics and LinkMiner. The home page also lists AI Search Watcher, which tracks visibility in AI assistants, and several free tools. Mangools says more than 2.8 million people have used its tools since 2014.

Pricing

We could not read Mangools’s prices on 4 October 2026. The pricing page loads its plan table with a script, and the table did not load for us. We do not quote prices from memory or from other sites, so check the vendor’s page.

What the page does state: subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Mangools will issue a full refund within 48 hours of payment, which does not apply to two consecutive subscriptions. It accepts cards, bank transfer, crypto and PayPal.

The plan table lists “backlink rows monthly” as a limit, described as the number of backlinks you can retrieve in LinkMiner each month. We could not read the number for each plan. A free account is offered.

What public reviews say

Mangools holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 167 reviews, checked in October 2026. Reviewers mostly praise the simple interface and the support team. A few question the accuracy of the data. Trustpilot shows that Mangools replies to its negative reviews.
