Link checking and monitoring
Linkbox is a manager for links you already know about. You add or import a list of backlinks, and it checks each one. It does not crawl the web to discover who links to you, so it is not a replacement for a research tool such as Ahrefs.
Its home page describes a backlink checker that verifies the link is on the page, with its attributes and the page’s index status. The quality control checks cover anchors, the target page, tags, response codes and titles. A monitoring tool tracks live and lost links and notifies you of changes such as a removal or a switch to nofollow. Those are the failures that matter after you pay for a placement, as our guide on how to track backlinks sets out.
The monitoring page says links can be imported from Google Search Console and Ahrefs, with a separate folder for exports from other tools such as Semrush, Majestic and Serpstat. Linkbox supports several sites in one account and has campaigns for tier 1 and tier 2 links. Trust checks pull third-party metrics for a domain or page. The interface is offered in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
For auditing what a vendor delivered, a per-link checker like this does the routine part. See auditing vendor deliveries.
The indexer
Linkbox also sells a link indexer. An indexer tries to get Google to crawl and index the page a backlink sits on. Linkbox says its service uses link crawling, pinging and submission to search engine databases, and 301 redirects that guide Googlebot to the page.
On Offpage Atlas, indexers sit under automated links, a tactic we rate R4 to R5 on our five-point risk scale. Requesting a crawl of a page you do not own is a small step on its own. The risk comes from what gets indexed: a page that needs forcing into the index is often a weak page. Our lesson on backlink indexing and indexers covers the methods and the evidence.
The claims need care. Linkbox’s home page says a link has a “96% chance” of entering the index within 48 hours. Its indexer page shows a figure of 71 percent without a clear explanation, and says results may take a few days to a couple of weeks. These are vendor claims and they do not match. The only recent Trustpilot review about indexing reports very low results. Test with a small batch and check the outcome yourself.

We found no refund policy on the pages we read, and no statement that credits are returned for URLs that are not indexed.
What public reviews say
Linkbox holds a Trustpilot score of 2.7 from 6 reviews, checked in October 2026. Five of the six are five-star reviews, and none was written in the past 12 months. Six reviews is too few to draw a conclusion from.
