How it works
Rapid URL Indexer is a link indexing service. You paste or upload URLs in a dashboard, up to 10,000 in one batch, and the service sends what it calls indexing signals to Googlebot. It then monitors each URL for 14 days and gives a final report with charts and a CSV export. It does not need Search Console access, which is the point for link buyers: you cannot inspect a URL on a publisher’s site that you do not own.
There are two modes. Standard costs 1 credit per URL, and the site says most URLs that get indexed do so within 6 to 24 hours. Apex costs 3 credits per URL and is described as indexing in about 5 minutes.
The site carries the line “a GrowMatic brand” and a US phone number. It also offers a REST API, a WordPress plugin and a Zapier integration.

Pricing
Prices are one-time payments, as shown on the home page on 4 October 2026:
| Pack | Price | Price per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 500 credits | $25 | $0.05 |
| 1,500 credits | $68 | $0.045 |
| 5,000 credits | $213 | $0.0426 |
| 50,000 credits | $2,000 | $0.04 |
Credits never expire. In Standard mode the site says you pay only for links that are indexed, with credits for the rest refunded automatically. In Apex mode, one credit is returned after 14 days if the URL is still not indexed, so a failed Apex URL costs two credits.
Claims and risk
The home page claims a 91% average indexing rate and more than 23 million URLs indexed, and describes its methods as “100% safe”. These are the vendor’s statements. It does not say what the signals are, and we found no independent test from 2026 that confirms the rate.
We rate the risk at 3 out of 5. Using an indexer is not a link scheme in itself, and pings or links from crawled pages are not prohibited. The risk is in what you cannot see. Google’s documentation limits its Indexing API to job posting and livestream pages, and a vendor that does not disclose its method cannot be checked against that. The other risk is practical: a page that needs forcing into the index is often a weak page, and Google can drop it again. Indexers are also a standard part of tiered link building and automated links, which carry their own risk.
Used on a handful of paid placements that have sat unindexed for three weeks, after you have asked the publisher for internal links, the exposure is small. See auditing vendor deliveries for the checks to run first.
What public reviews say
