This review is based on Reply.io’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building outreach, not general sales.
One limit applies to the whole page. Reply.io’s home page, pricing page, affiliate page and help centre all returned a “403 Forbidden” error to our reader on 4 October 2026. The only source we could open was its Trustpilot profile. This review is short for that reason, and it states nothing we could not read.
What it is
On its Trustpilot profile, Reply.io describes itself as an “all-in-one sales engagement platform that automates outreach, finds leads, and turns them into booked meetings”. It says it serves “sales teams, founders, and agencies”. The profile lists an AI SDR agent, access to over 1 billion B2B contacts, sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS and other channels, email deliverability tools and lead enrichment. It also says the product is trusted by more than 3,000 companies. All of these are the vendor’s own claims.
Fit for link building
Nothing in that description is about links. A link builder would use the sequence and deliverability features and ignore the rest. That can work if your company already pays for Reply.io for sales. If you are choosing a tool only for link outreach, compare it with a dedicated outreach CRM such as BuzzStream or Pitchbox, which track publishers and links as well as emails. Our lesson on the link building tool stack explains the difference between the two kinds of tool.
A contact database built for sales is also less useful than it sounds. It is organised around job titles at companies, while link outreach usually targets editors, writers and site owners. See finding contacts and verifying emails.
Pricing
We could not read Reply.io’s pricing page, so we do not state plan names or prices. Search results show figures from Reply.io’s own blog, but we could not open those pages to confirm them, and we have left them out.
