Uberall review
Uberall is an enterprise platform that distributes location data to more than 150 directories for multi-location brands. It publishes plan names but no prices, and its Trustpilot profile holds only six reviews, so there is little a buyer can check before a sales call.
Best for
Multi-location brands and franchises, especially in Europe, that want listings, reviews and local pages under one contract.
Not for
Small businesses and anyone who needs a published price before speaking to sales.

How it works
Uberall is a listings sync platform for brands with many locations. Its site says it distributes business information across “150+ directories including Google, Apple, voice search and AI powered tools”. The company states it was founded in 2013, is based in Berlin and serves more than 1,000 brands.
Around the listings sit other modules: review monitoring with AI bulk replies, local social posting to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and Apple, and a store locator with local pages. Two newer products are GEO Studio, which Uberall describes as a generative engine optimisation product for multi-location brands, and UB-I, an AI agent that monitors locations and acts on them. The site quotes results such as 30 percent more visibility. Those are vendor claims without a published method, so we give them no weight.
Where it fits
For local citations, Uberall sits at the opposite end from a pay-per-citation service. You do not buy listings. You rent a system that keeps hundreds of locations consistent, with approval workflows and reporting. That is worth paying for when you have 200 branches and opening hours that change. It is far more than a business with one or two addresses needs. For those, see BrightLocal or Whitespark, and our local business hub.
Uberall’s pages do not say what happens to listings when a contract ends. Ask that in the sales process.
Plans and pricing
| Plan | Included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Show Up | Uberall Essentials, Listings | Not published |
| Stand Out | Adds Reviews | Not published |
| Connect | Adds Local Social and posting to Google and Apple | Not published |
This is from Uberall’s pricing page on 4 October 2026. Each plan has a “request pricing” route and no figures. Add-ons include Analytics Plus, Reviews Plus, Collaborate Plus, Locator and Local Pages, and social ads. GEO Studio has its own pricing plan. The pages we read do not mention a free trial, a contract length or a currency.
A vendor that will not publish a price is not hiding anything unusual at enterprise level, but it does mean you cannot compare it on cost without a quote. Synup now publishes its prices, which makes it the easier of the two to assess from outside.
What public reviews say
Uberall’s Trustpilot profile shows 2.3 from 6 reviews, checked in October 2026. Five are one-star and one is five-star, with two reviews in the last 12 months. Six reviews say very little about a company with enterprise customers, who rarely use Trustpilot.

Bottom line
Uberall is an enterprise platform that distributes location data to more than 150 directories for multi-location brands. It publishes plan names but no prices, and its Trustpilot profile holds only six reviews, so there is little a buyer can check before a sales call.
