How it works

Serpzilla is a link platform run by Serpzilla Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus. It sells two kinds of placement. The first is the usual one-off purchase: a guest post or a niche edit that you pay for once. The second is rental. You pay by the month for a link on an existing page, and the link comes down when you stop paying.

The homepage claims 150,000 websites with one billion pages available for placement, more than 40,000 projects in promotion and over 15 years of work. It lists guest posts, niche edits, contextual links, sitewide links and iGaming backlinks. Niche edits can be published in as little as five minutes, and guest posts take one to seven days.

Pricing

Prices are public. The homepage lists rental links on sites with a Domain Rating of 40 from $1 per month, guest posts from $5 and a pack of 100 sitewide backlinks from $1.30 per month. It states signup, platform and subscription fees of $0.

The pricing page gives averages: about $459 for a guest post, $225 for a link insertion, $18 for a brand mention and $8 for a forum backlink. It also sells packages, with Startup at $1,250 for five permanent followed links on sites rated 40 to 50, and Growth at $4,560 for 12 links on sites rated 50 to 60. Funds are reserved when you order and charged only once the placement is confirmed. Monthly cashback of 3 to 7 percent depends on your spend.

The guarantee

The homepage makes two promises: a full refund if a link is not indexed within 90 days of placement, and a 100 percent refund if the link disappears. For rental links, Serpzilla says it checks every link daily and bills only for the days the link is live. The pricing page mentions optional link guarantees for an additional fee, without listing them.

The risk

We set the risk at 4 out of 5, one step above a standard marketplace. A sponsored article on a real site sits at 3 on our scale. Links that appear within minutes, are rented by the month and can be bought as sitewide packs behave more like automated links, which we rate from 4 to 5. They appear and vanish together, and they sit on sites that sell to many buyers at once. Our lessons on sitewide and footer links and how Google detects paid links explain why that pattern is easy to spot.

The one-off guest posts carry the same risk as on any other platform. Teams in iGaming often accept this trade for speed and cost. A brand with one main domain usually should not.

Public ratings

Serpzilla’s homepage says it is rated 4.9 out of 5 by users. Its Trustpilot score is 2.7 from 12 reviews, checked in October 2026, with 42 percent at five stars and 58 percent at one star. Positive reviews praise the size of the inventory and the prices. Negative ones include a site owner who says their site was listed without consent, a buyer who waited 17 days for a $35 refund, and complaints about currency conversion costs and slow support. Serpzilla has replied to some of them.

What to check before ordering

  1. Open the page. Confirm the link exists where the listing says it does, given the consent complaint above.
  2. Count the outbound links. Rented pages often carry many. See how to vet a publisher.
  3. Decide rent or buy. A rented link has no residual value. Read how long do backlinks last.
  4. Keep it off your main brand unless you accept the risk. How to buy backlinks safely sets out the limits.

Bottom line

Serpzilla is unusual because it rents links by the month, from $1, alongside one-off guest posts and niche edits. Prices are public and low, and it promises a refund if a link disappears or is not indexed in 90 days. Rented and sitewide links placed in minutes carry more risk than a normal sponsored article, and its Trustpilot score is 2.7 from 12 reviews.

Serpzilla questions

What is a rental backlink?

It is a link you pay for by the month. Serpzilla says the link stays on the site as long as you pay and is removed automatically after the last paid period ends.

How much does Serpzilla cost?

Its homepage lists rental links from $1 per month and guest posts from $5. Its pricing page puts the average guest post at about $459 and the average link insertion at about $225, and sells packages from $1,250 for five links.
