This review is based on Saleshandy’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building outreach, not general sales.

How it works

Saleshandy sends email sequences from as many mailboxes as you connect and gathers the replies in one inbox. Its home page describes automatic warm-up, domain setup with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, sequences that can add phone, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps, and a basic CRM for notes and pipelines. It says it is trusted by more than 25,000 businesses. The page does not mention link building.

For link outreach, the useful parts are the sequences, the automatic follow-ups and the unlimited email accounts. Follow-ups matter, as our lesson on link outreach emails explains. What is missing is anything specific to links: no site metrics, no record of placements and no monitoring. A dedicated outreach CRM such as BuzzStream covers those.

Lead Finder

Saleshandy states that its Lead Finder holds “852M+ contacts across 42M+ companies”. One credit reveals a verified email and six reveal a phone number, and the pricing page says unverified emails are not charged. The database is organised for sales, by job title, industry and company size. It will help with marketing managers at companies. It will help less with bloggers and freelance writers. See finding contacts and verifying emails.

What public reviews say

This is the weak point. Trustpilot’s page for Saleshandy shows 773 reviews but no score. It states: “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.” A second notice says Trustpilot has removed a number of fake reviews for the company.

Saleshandy’s own home page still shows a Trustpilot score of 4.7, along with G2 at 4.6 from 773 reviews and Google at 4.3 from 197 reviews. Those are the vendor’s figures. We could not open G2 to confirm its score.

Bottom line

Saleshandy is a low-priced cold email tool with unlimited email accounts and a built-in contact database, from $41 a month on monthly billing. Trustpilot has withheld its rating for a breach of guidelines and says it removed fake reviews, which buyers should weigh.
