This review is based on QuickMail’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building outreach, not general sales.
How it works
QuickMail sends email sequences and LinkedIn steps to a list you upload, and collects the replies in one inbox. Its site says it has run since 2014. The home page does not mention link building or SEO outreach. Everything on it is written for sales teams and lead generation agencies.
The parts that matter for link outreach are about deliverability. QuickMail describes “Inbox Rotation”, which spreads one campaign across several sending addresses, and an AutoWarmer that warms those addresses through its MailFlow product. The site also lists blacklist monitoring, email verification, and two-way syncing with HubSpot and Pipedrive.
A link builder brings the list. QuickMail has no contact database and no site metrics, so prospecting happens elsewhere. See link prospecting and finding contacts and verifying emails. It also keeps no record of which links went live, which a dedicated tool such as BuzzStream does.
Sending at volume
Tools like this make it easy to send thousands of emails a month. That suits sales more than link building, where reply rates depend on a relevant pitch to the right person. Our lesson on link outreach emails covers what editors respond to. Used with a small, well-chosen list, the warm-up and rotation features help your pitches reach the inbox. Used with a scraped list, they only get you ignored faster.
Pricing
| Plan | Price per month | Uploaded contacts | Emails per month | Extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 | 1,000 | 5,000 | Zapier |
| Growth | $99 | 25,000 | 100,000 | API, priority support |
| Agency | $299 | 100,000 | 500,000 | 2 workspaces, webhook |
Prices are as shown on QuickMail’s pricing page on 4 October 2026. Every plan lists unlimited users, unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts, the AutoWarmer and a 14-day free trial. On Agency, extra workspaces cost $49 each.
For a link building team, the Starter limit of 1,000 uploaded contacts is the figure to watch. A single campaign across a few hundred sites fits. A year of campaigns does not.
