How it works
PRPosting describes itself as an online content distribution platform. Its homepage sets out six steps: add your content, pick a publishing site, save it to the basket, top up your balance, place the order and receive a report. The company says every article is placed manually, with no automation.
The homepage reports 23,250 websites in 177 countries, 37,608 completed projects and 220,428 articles. The interface is offered in English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. What you buy here is a paid guest post on a site from the catalogue.
Pricing
PRPosting does not publish prices on its public pages. Its FAQ says the cost of a post varies with the site’s authority and topic, and that gambling and betting placements have separate prices.
The minimum top-up is $10. The platform says it charges no deposit or withdrawal fees of its own, though payment gateways apply theirs. It accepts US dollars, euros, pounds, Polish zloty and Ukrainian hryvnia, with bank transfer on request. Publication takes from several hours to several days, depending on the publisher’s queue.
The guarantee
There are two promises. The homepage offers a 100 percent refund within seven days of placement if the material is not published. The FAQ adds a free three-month safety guarantee that covers removal of the article, deletion of the link or the site going offline, with a refund option.
Longer cover is sold as insurance: 7 percent of the price for six months, 10 percent for nine months and 15 percent for one year. The homepage also says content is placed “for the entire duration of platform operation” after a one-time payment, but the written protection ends when the guarantee does. Among large marketplaces, Collaborator also gives three months free, while WhitePress covers 36 months.
Public ratings
PRPosting holds a Trustpilot score of 2.5 from five reviews, checked in October 2026. Three are one-star and two are two-star. Reviewers report articles removed soon after publication, links on pages that were not indexed or carried noindex tags, and support tickets that went unanswered. The company has not replied to them. Five reviews is a small sample, but there is no positive one to set against it.
The site does not state a legal entity or country on the pages we read.
What to check before ordering
- Indexing. Given the complaints above, check that the publisher’s recent sponsored posts appear in Google before you pay.
- Guarantee length. Decide whether three months is enough, and price in the insurance if it is not.
- Traffic and topic fit. Follow the steps in how to vet a publisher.
- Start small. With a $10 minimum, one or two test placements cost little. Our lesson on auditing vendor deliveries shows what to look at afterwards.
