Indexly review
Indexly is now mainly an AI visibility tracker, with automated indexing as one feature among many. Plans start at $99 a month. It submits pages from your own site, so it is not a tool for getting backlinks on other people's sites indexed.
Best for
Brands and agencies that want AI visibility tracking, site audits and automatic page submission for their own sites in one subscription.
Not for
Link buyers who need third-party pages indexed, or anyone who only wants a low-cost indexer.

How it works
Indexly sits in our link indexers category because it began as an indexing tool. Its home page now leads with something else: tracking how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Claude and Google’s AI Overviews talk about your brand.
The feature list on 4 October 2026 covers prompt tracking, brand sentiment, a citations gap analysis that shows which sources drive visibility, an AI readiness audit, AI traffic analytics, and agents that write content and publish social posts. It also generates an llms.txt file for your site. The home page says more than 500 marketers, brands and agencies use it, and claims an average 30% rise in AI visibility within 60 days. Both figures are the vendor’s.
For background on this kind of tool, see our lessons on AI visibility tracking tools and how to measure AI visibility.
Indexing
The indexing page describes the feature as automatically submitting your WordPress posts and pages to Google, with the same offer for Shopify, Webflow and other platforms. The pricing table lists daily submission limits of 200, 600 and 1,000 by plan.
Two limits follow. First, the page does not say which APIs or methods it uses, so we do not state them. Second, the feature is about your own site. The usual problem for a link buyer is a placement on someone else’s site that Google has not indexed, and Indexly does not address that. Our lesson on backlink indexing and indexers covers that problem, and the reviews of Rapid URL Indexer and SpeedyIndex cover tools built for it.
Because Indexly works on sites you run and is mostly an analytics product, we treat it as plain software and give it no tactic risk rating.
Pricing
| Plan | Price per month | Prompts tracked | Audit pages a month | Indexing submissions a day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 | 50 | 100 | 200 |
| Growth | $299 | 100 | 500 | 600 |
| Scale | $499 | 200 | 1,000 | 1,000 |
Prices are as shown on Indexly’s pricing page on 4 October 2026, billed monthly. Annual billing takes 17% off. Starter covers two sites, three AI models of your choice and two countries. Scale adds APIs, custom reports and white label options. A separate agency pricing page is linked, but it showed the same three plans when we read it. The pricing page states no free trial and no refund terms.
What public reviews say
Indexly has a Trustpilot score of 3.9 from 5 reviews, checked in October 2026: four five-star reviews and one one-star. Trustpilot notes the company has replied to its negative reviews. Five reviews is too small a sample to weigh. The home page also refers to G2 reviews, which we did not read.

Bottom line
Indexly is now mainly an AI visibility tracker, with automated indexing as one feature among many. Plans start at $99 a month. It submits pages from your own site, so it is not a tool for getting backlinks on other people's sites indexed.
