Brand24 review

This review is based on Brand24’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on brand mention monitoring for off-page work, not the full social listening suite.

What it does

Brand24 collects public mentions of the keywords you set, usually your brand, products and competitors, and shows them in one feed with sentiment and reach data. The home page lists X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Spotify, TripAdvisor, the App Store, news sites, blogs, forums and review sites as sources.

The vendor states 25 million online sources tracked, 108 languages and more than 25 billion mentions delivered. These are its own figures.

For off-page SEO, a monitoring tool does two jobs. It finds pages that name your brand without linking, which is the raw material for unlinked mention outreach. Brand24 is built for the second job more than the first. Its plan features are about sentiment analysis, event detection, AI summaries and reporting. The pages we read do not describe a filter for mentions that lack a link, so expect to export mentions and check for links yourself.

Three keywords for $249 a month is expensive if all you want is link reclamation. Awario lists three topics from EUR 49 a month, and our monitoring lesson covers free options. Brand24 makes more sense when a PR or social team will use the sentiment and reporting features every day.

Read the terms before you subscribe. They say a renewing subscription must be cancelled by email up to seven days before the new period starts. They also say that ending a fixed-term contract bought on promotional terms early lets Brand24 charge back a share of the discount. The one refund rule we found allows a refund of up to one month’s fee if the service was not used.

What public reviews say

Brand24’s Trustpilot profile shows 4.0 from 4 reviews, checked in October 2026, split evenly between five-star and one-star. That is too few to draw on. The home page shows rating badges from G2, Capterra and GetApp, but we could not open G2 or Capterra today to read the scores. The site also states that more than 4,000 brands use the product, in 154 countries.
