Not for

Teams that need tracking on Perplexity, Gemini, Claude or Copilot, or a vendor with a public track record.

This review is based on Airefs’ public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement.

What it does

Airefs says it tracks and grows your visibility in AI answers. The home page describes three ways it tries to grow it: writing articles aimed at AI search, finding online discussions relevant to your brand and drafting comments for them, and finding influential third-party websites where a mention would help.

The feature list is prompt tracking, share of voice, source insights, AI crawler analytics, AI traffic analytics, article generation, discussion finding, backlink and mention opportunities, and an MCP server.

Two of these touch off-page work directly. Source insights and mention opportunities point to the third-party pages that assistants draw on, which is the same idea covered in brand mentions and citations. The discussion feature drafts comments for forums and community threads. Be careful with that one. Posting promotional comments at volume is the kind of activity covered in our lesson on Reddit for SEO and AI visibility, and communities remove it quickly when it reads as marketing.

Assistants covered

This is the main limit. Prompt tracking covers ChatGPT. Google AI Overviews is an extra on each self-service plan: $10 a month on Lite, $20 on Pro and $30 on Expert. The crawler and traffic analytics do cover more, including Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, but those reports show visits to your site, not what the assistants say about you. Tools such as Otterly.AI and LLM Pulse track answers on four or five assistants in the base plan.

Pricing

Plan Monthly billing Yearly billing Prompts Domains Seats
Lite $29 $288 a year 25 1 1
Pro $59 $588 a year 60 3 2
Expert $99 $996 a year 150 Unlimited 20

Prices are as shown on Airefs’ pricing page on 4 October 2026. The page describes yearly billing as a 20 percent discount. Pro and Expert include the MCP server, and Expert adds a dedicated strategist. Extra articles are $7 each. A seven-day free trial is offered. An Agency plan is also listed, with custom pricing.

Two managed services sit beside the software: a done-for-you AI visibility service from $300 a month and a brand mentions service at $250 a month. The page does not say how many mentions the second one delivers or on what kind of sites, so ask before you buy. Our guide to auditing vendor deliveries lists the checks.

What public reviews say

Airefs’ home page quotes 4.9 out of 5 on G2 and says more than 100 teams use the product. Both are the vendor’s figures. We could not open G2 today to confirm the score or the number of reviews, and we found no Trustpilot profile under the Airefs domain. With so little independent evidence, use the trial to judge the data yourself. Our lesson on AI visibility tracking tools sets out what to check.

Bottom line

Airefs is a low-cost tool, from $29 a month, that tracks prompts on ChatGPT and adds article writing, discussion finding and mention opportunities. Prompt tracking covers ChatGPT only unless you pay extra for Google AI Overviews, and there is very little independent information about the company.
