This review is based on Prospeo’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building outreach, not general sales prospecting.
How it works
Prospeo finds contact details. Its page title describes it as a way to “find verified emails and phone numbers for outreach”, and its help centre describes people and company search, email enrichment, mobile number enrichment, company enrichment, a Chrome extension and an API.
For link building, that covers one step of the job: turning a list of target sites into a list of people. Prospeo does not send email, so the sequence and the follow-ups have to run in another tool, such as BuzzStream or one of the cold email platforms in our outreach tools comparison.
Note that the search filters are built for sales teams. The help centre lists intent topics, job change tracking and CRM integrations, none of which help you find the editor of a small blog. The feature a link builder will use most is plain email enrichment from a name and a domain.
Credits
Prospeo’s help centre sets out the credit rules. One credit reveals or enriches a verified email. Ten credits reveal a verified mobile number, with the email included. It states: “You are only charged when a valid result is returned.” Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Pricing
We could not read Prospeo’s prices. The pricing page and the home page returned only their titles to our reader on 4 October 2026, and the help article links to the pricing page instead of listing amounts. We have left the paid prices out. Check the pricing page yourself before you compare it with other tools.
