Kokko review

Kokko is an agency built for the industries most link vendors turn away, with link building, digital PR and content run by a dedicated project manager. Its website gives almost no detail, so prices, guarantees and sample placements all have to come from a sales conversation.

Best for

Crypto, iGaming and adult brands that want a managed link building service from an agency that works only in sensitive niches.

Not for

Buyers who want published prices, self-service ordering or public proof of past results before making contact.

What it sells

Kokko describes itself as an SEO agency for sensitive and regulated industries. The service covers link building, digital PR and content, and the site names three industries: crypto, iGaming and adult content.

The model is managed, not self-service. Kokko says every project has a dedicated SEO project manager who designs and runs the link plan from start to finish, and it positions this against hiring several freelancers and coordinating them yourself.

What the website does not tell you

The site is a single page. At the time of our check it did not state prices, a link guarantee, turnaround times, the size of its publisher network, where the company is based or who is on the team. It shows client logos under “Trusted by” and no case studies with numbers.

That does not say anything about the quality of the work. It does mean nothing can be checked from outside, so the checking has to happen before you sign.

What to ask before you buy

  1. Sample placements. Ask for live examples in your niche and language, and look at each site’s real organic traffic.
  2. Price per link. For context, BuzzStream’s 2026 data puts the average gambling guest post at $1,109 on sites that pass a quality check, and $238 across all sellers.
  3. Approval. Ask to approve every site before the placement is made.
  4. Guarantee. Ask how long links are guaranteed to stay live and what the replacement terms are. Among marketplaces, WhitePress states 36 months and PressWhizz 12 months.
  5. Reporting. Ask for the live URL, anchor and date for every link.

Our guide to vetting a publisher covers the checks, and the high-risk markets playbook explains how link building works in these niches.

Commercial relationship

Offpage Atlas has no commercial relationship with Kokko at the time of writing.

Bottom line

Kokko is an agency built for the industries most link vendors turn away, with link building, digital PR and content run by a dedicated project manager. Its website gives almost no detail, so prices, guarantees and sample placements all have to come from a sales conversation.
