What it does
Keyword.com is a rank tracker that now sells AI visibility tracking as a separate plan or as part of a bundle. The product page says the tracker observes when, where and how your brand appears in AI-generated answers.
The dashboard metrics it names are a visibility score, sentiment, mentions, citations, average position, detection rate and top-three appearances. Citation tracking shows the sources and domains that ChatGPT and other assistants draw on, with how often each appears. For off-page work that list is the main output, because it names the third-party sites worth earning a mention or a link from. See how AI search chooses sources.
There is an API for aggregated AI visibility metrics and an MCP server, which lets you query your data from an AI assistant. Several Trustpilot reviewers mention the MCP integration.

The pricing page lists nine assistants for the AI plans: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. Keyword.com holds a Trustpilot score of 4.1 from 16 reviews, checked in October 2026. Of those, 57 percent are five-star and 25 percent one-star. Trustpilot notes that the company has not invited customers recently and has not replied to negative reviews. Older negative reviews mention a price rise after a rebrand.
The vendor’s home page quotes a G2 score of 4.7 from 108 reviews and says more than 2,000 agencies and SEO teams use the product. We could not open G2 today to confirm the score.
