Instantly review

Instantly is built for cold email at volume, with unlimited email accounts and warm-up from $47 a month. That suits high-volume link outreach more than careful, relationship-led pitching, and Trustpilot has withheld the company's rating for a breach of its guidelines.

Best for

Link builders who send large, templated campaigns from many mailboxes and care most about sending capacity and warm-up.

Not for

Digital PR teams and anyone who pitches a small number of editors by hand and needs a record of each relationship.

What is good

  • Unlimited email accounts and warm-up on the entry plan
  • Outreach prices and monthly sending limits are published
  • Sign-up without a credit card
  • Lead database and sending in one account

What is not

  • Trustpilot has withheld the rating for a breach of its guidelines and says it removed fake reviews
  • Lead credits are billed separately from sending
  • Growth is limited to 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month
  • No link monitoring or publisher metrics

This review is based on Instantly’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building outreach, not general sales use.

How it works

Instantly presents itself as a sales engagement platform that combines automated outreach, a B2B lead database, deliverability tools and a CRM. The part most link builders would use is the sending product. You connect your own mailboxes, Instantly warms them up, and campaigns rotate across them.

Every outreach plan lists unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up. The plan limit is on the number of emails sent and contacts uploaded each month, not on mailboxes. The company states that more than 50,000 sales teams use it, which is its own figure.

Instantly is not designed for link building. Its pages speak to sales teams, and we found no features for publisher metrics, link monitoring or tracking which sites have linked. You would bring your own prospect list from link prospecting and your own check of each site, as set out in how to vet a publisher.

What it offers is capacity. That suits campaigns where one template goes to hundreds of sites, such as broken link building or unlinked mentions. Volume has a cost, though. Editors receive many templated pitches, and our lesson on link outreach emails explains why short, specific emails earn more replies. For pitching journalists, see how to pitch journalists before using any mass sender.

Pricing

Outreach plan Monthly billing Annual billing, per month Emails a month
Growth $47 $37.60 5,000
Hypergrowth $97 $77.60 125,000
Light Speed $358 $286.30 500,000
Enterprise Custom Custom 500,000 plus

Prices are as shown on Instantly’s pricing page on 4 October 2026. Growth allows 1,000 uploaded contacts and Light Speed 100,000. The page says no credit card is needed to sign up, but it does not state a trial length.

Lead data is a separate purchase. The entry credit plan is $47 a month for 1,500 credits, with access to a database that Instantly puts at more than 450 million B2B leads. Larger credit plans start at $197 a month.

What public reviews say

Instantly’s Trustpilot profile had 1,170 reviews in October 2026, but no TrustScore. Trustpilot’s notice reads that the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines, and a second notice says it removed a number of fake reviews for the company. Of the reviews shown, 67 percent give five stars and 25 percent give one. Common complaints are features that need a higher plan, billing and cancellation problems, and slow support.

Bottom line

Instantly is built for cold email at volume, with unlimited email accounts and warm-up from $47 a month. That suits high-volume link outreach more than careful, relationship-led pitching, and Trustpilot has withheld the company's rating for a breach of its guidelines.
