How it works
Icopify is a self-serve marketplace for guest posts and backlinks. You add funds, pick a site from the catalogue and place an order. The money is held in escrow and released to the publisher only when the live placement is verified. If the publisher misses the deadline, the home page says the order is refunded automatically.
Icopify’s home page counts 102,676 websites, 34,358 active publishers, 138,673 platform users and 511,430 completed tasks, with an average delivery time of 48 hours. These are the vendor’s own figures. It lists more than 50 categories, including finance, technology, health, crypto and travel, and offers an API and white-label dashboards for resellers.
The company gives an address at 58 Breckfield Road South, Liverpool, and UK company number 12507502.
Pricing
There is no signup fee and no subscription. Publishers set their own prices, and Icopify describes them as fixed wholesale tiers without publishing the amounts. The terms set a minimum account refill of 25 US dollars and say buyers pay a commission for the service, without stating the rate.
Some Trustpilot reviewers describe the pricing as misleading. We could not test that, so check the total at checkout against the listed price before you pay. Our lesson on cheap backlinks explains what low prices usually mean for site quality.
Quality
Icopify calls its sites vetted but does not publish how it vets them. Low-quality sites are one of the recurring complaints on Trustpilot. With a catalogue this large, do your own checks on every order: real organic traffic, topic fit and the other advertisers a site links to. Our guide on how to vet a publisher sets out the steps, and the lesson on seller lists and recycled inventory explains why the same sites appear on many platforms.
Terms and refunds
The terms allow a refund request within 30 days if you believe a mistake has been made. For an article that does not meet your brief, you can ask for one revision within three days. The terms do not say how long a link must stay live, and adult content is not allowed.
That leaves you without a written promise once the escrow is released. WhitePress promises 36 months and Collaborator.pro gives three months free. With Icopify, track every link yourself.
What public reviews say
Icopify holds a Trustpilot score of 2.6 from 206 reviews, checked in October 2026. The complaints are consistent: support that takes a long time to answer, publishers waiting months for withdrawals, and buyers waiting weeks for refunds. Others mention weak sites and a rule that publishers must give a free link to verify a site. The positive reviews say the platform is simple to use and has produced results for them, and some say payment problems were settled after repeated follow-up.
A score this low, from this many reviews, is the main reason for our draft rating.
