GMass review

Best for
Solo link builders who work in Gmail and Google Sheets and want mail merge with automatic follow-ups, without learning a separate platform.
Not for
Teams outside Google Workspace, or anyone who needs contact finding, a publisher CRM or link monitoring.

This review is based on GMass’s public pages and third-party ratings, checked on 4 October 2026. The rating out of 10 is the editor’s own judgement. The focus is on link building outreach, not newsletters or general sales use.
How it works
GMass is a Chrome extension that adds campaign sending to Gmail. The company calls it the easiest way to send an email campaign, and says that if you know how to use Gmail, you know how to use GMass. You write in the normal Gmail compose window, merge in fields for each recipient and send to the whole list as individual emails.
The pricing page lists mail merge, custom tracking links, free email verification and a deliverability feature called Spam Solver on every plan. Sequences, an API, A/B testing and triggered emails start at Premium. Inbox rotation, which GMass calls MultiSend, is in Professional only.
GMass states 400,000 users. Its site also quotes a Chrome Web Store rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 9,200 ratings. We read that figure on GMass’s own site, not on the store.
Use for link outreach
GMass has no link building features. It does not find contacts, score publishers or monitor links. Its appeal for link outreach is that pitches go out from your real Gmail account in an ordinary thread, and replies land in the same inbox.
For a solo link builder that is often enough. Keep a prospect list in a spreadsheet, with a column for the page you are writing about and the reason, and merge those into each email. Our lesson on link outreach emails shows what those fields should say. Automatic follow-ups matter, because many replies come after the second message, so the Premium plan is the realistic starting point.
Take care with volume. Several Trustpilot reviewers say their Gmail accounts were restricted after using multi-send, and one says deliverability fell after sending. Those are individual reports that we cannot verify, but they match the general rule that a mailbox sending many similar emails draws attention. Find and verify contacts first, as set out in finding contacts and verifying emails, and keep lists small and relevant.
Pricing
| Individual plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $29.95 | $249 a year | Mail merge, verification, tracking |
| Premium | $39.95 | $349 a year | Sequences, A/B testing, API |
| Professional | $59.95 | $599 a year | Inbox rotation, high-priority support |
Prices are as shown on GMass’s pricing page on 4 October 2026. Team plans cover 5 to 100 users. The Premium team tier runs from $175 a month for 5 users to $2,200 a month for 100. The page says the extension installs with no credit card or sign-up form. It does not state the limits of that free use or a refund policy.
What public reviews say
GMass holds a Trustpilot score of 3.0 from 39 reviews, checked in October 2026. The profile is unclaimed. Forty-nine percent of reviews give one star and 25 percent give five. Positive reviews praise how naturally it sits inside Gmail. Critical ones describe support that is hard to reach, charges after cancellation and the account restrictions noted above. The sample is small next to the user count GMass states.
