How it works

Crowdo sells crowd marketing. That is the trade name for paid posts on forums, Q&A sites and communities that mention or link to a client’s site and are written to read like an ordinary member’s contribution. Its menu lists forum links, Reddit posts and Quora answers, which it now presents as “AI-cited” discussions aimed at visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It also sells guest post outreach, a product called Jetpack Backlinks, custom link building and managed SEO.

The operating company is Grow IT Solutions Inc, and Trustpilot lists the business in Chisinau, Moldova. The founder states 19 years in SEO and eight years running Crowdo, and the site claims more than 12,000 clients.

The public pages do not explain the mechanics. They do not say whose accounts publish the posts, how old those accounts are, whether links are nofollow, or what happens when a moderator deletes a post. Ask those questions before ordering. They are the ones our community services comparison tells buyers to ask.

Pricing

Crowdo does not publish prices. On 4 October 2026 the site offered samples, pricing and package details in return for an email address. We did not submit the form, so we state no price. Our automated links page gives market estimates for crowd posts, which it marks as low confidence.

Risk

We rate this tactic R4, high. Three things drive that:

  • Policy. Google’s link spam policy names forum comments with optimised links. Our lesson on old-school links covers the wording.
  • Removal. Forums and Reddit delete paid posts and ban accounts when they detect them. Our lesson on Reddit for SEO and AI visibility describes how Reddit’s detection works.
  • Reputation. A post exposed as paid can be quoted against the brand in the same community.

On the other side, most forum links carry a nofollow or ugc attribute, so they pass little or nothing and are unlikely to be the cause of a penalty on their own. Buyers use them to add variety to a link profile and, more recently, to appear in threads that AI assistants cite. Our page on GEO spam and AI manipulation explains where seeded recommendations cross into spam.

If you do buy, use brand and plain URL anchors, keep volumes low and keep it away from a site you cannot replace.

What public reviews say

Crowdo had a Trustpilot score of 4.7 from 129 reviews when we checked in October 2026, with 91 percent five-star. Only seven of those reviews were from the last 12 months. Reviewers praise delivery times, support and a one-year warranty under which removed links are replaced. Two negative reviews say links were poor and were deleted repeatedly. Crowdo’s own site displays 4.8 for Trustpilot, 4.9 for Clutch and 5.0 for GoodFirms. We read only the Trustpilot profile.

Crowdo questions

What is crowd marketing?

It is paid posting on forums, Q&A sites and communities, where a post written to look like a normal user's contribution mentions or links to a brand. Crowdo sells this as forum, Reddit and Quora packages.

How much does Crowdo cost?

Crowdo does not publish prices. On 4 October 2026 its site offered to send samples and a price list after you fill in an email form.

Are forum links from Crowdo safe?

They carry high risk on a site you cannot afford to lose. Google's link spam policy names forum comments with optimised links, and platforms remove paid posts when they find them. Most such links are nofollow or ugc.
