How it works

Soumettre.fr is a French netlinking platform. It offers two ways to buy. With the managed option, you describe what you need and the team chooses the sites and handles the writing. With the catalogue, you pick each publisher yourself. Both produce a sponsored article on a French-language site.

The homepage counts 73,558 partner sites, 54,394 orders processed, 234,589 tasks completed and more than 96 million words published. Elsewhere on the same page the catalogue is described as more than 50,000 partner media. The footer dates the service from 2016, and the page says the team is based in France. Clients named on the homepage include Interflora, Netatmo and Groupe Casino.

Pricing

The homepage states that publications start from €10. Sample listings on the page show prices of €226, €257, €292 and €472, which gives a sense of what an established site costs. You load credit into your account and spend it on orders.

Beyond netlinking, Soumettre.fr sells citations, press relations and content writing. It also sells a product called CitaBoost, aimed at being cited by AI assistants. For background on that goal, see link building for AI visibility.

The guarantee

Read the terms closely here. They require publishers to keep articles and links online for the life of their site, except for catalogue publications where the publisher may choose how long the article lives. If a publisher removes content, the terms allow Soumettre.fr to freeze or delete the publisher’s account and reclaim the money.

What the terms do not contain is a promise to you, the buyer, of a replacement or a refund when a link is removed. That may happen in practice, but it is not written down in what we read. For comparison, WhitePress commits to 36 months in writing. On catalogue orders, check the article life the publisher has chosen before you pay.

The terms on credit are strict. A top-up is refundable for one month. After that the balance is non-refundable, and it is lost after 24 months of account inactivity. Load only what you plan to spend.

Public ratings

Soumettre.fr has a claimed Trustpilot profile, opened in February 2022, with no reviews as of October 2026. We found no other independent rating we could verify. That is not a mark against the service, but the figures above rest on the vendor’s word.

What to check before ordering

1. Article life. On catalogue orders, confirm how long the publisher keeps the article.
2. Traffic and topic fit. A catalogue of this size includes weak sites. Use the checks in how to vet a publisher.
3. Managed orders. Ask to see the chosen sites before publication, and review them as in auditing vendor deliveries.
4. Credit. Top up in small amounts, given the one-month refund window.
